I doubt it. For one, from a classical pharmacological view point, THC would be more likely to INHIBIT anandamide/endogenous cannabinoid release. So even if there were enough chaparone cannabinoids in chocolate to inhibit anandamide (which is unlikely) it wouldn't have much of any effect on your high.
...Indeed, seeing as your getting high off the THC, and not from any endogenous cannabinoids, and THC is metabolised via a completely different pathway from endogenous cannabinoids, you're really not going to get any effect.
