Misc Chlorpheniramine and 5htp?(Tussionex)

I plan on using 5htp for a month or so, but I also usually use Tussionex in high does which is about 3oz two days out of every month, is there anything I should be worried about? Serotonin syndrome?

Also, if I avoid use, how long do I have wait till using again?
