Misc Chlorphenamine for sleep??

Got a strip of these and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them as a sleep aid? Dose, effectiveness? Cant find much info on them anywhere.

4-8mg, it's a 1st generation antihistamine & is the "baddie" in Coricidin Cough/Cold.

Taken as directed for sleep or antihistamine action it should be just fine though.

Man i got a bunch of these & the first time i tried them they worked well. every time after that they did nothing.

just popped 8mg will see if it does anything. Could they be used to potentiate codeine?

They will work similarly to other first generation antihistamines for potentiation purposes. CPM was never my favorite potentiator but it will increase the sedation some and reduce the itchiness nonetheless.
