chloroquin or quinin in pills

Hi there,
Do you mean Chloroquine - The anti malerial drug and Quinine - A common additive to some soft drinks? At least that is the english spelling for them.
Could you point me to some references to the commoness of such substances in pills? This is not something which I've previously been aware of. Is this based on lab results or something that someone has told you?

i see from your profile you are french. have these substances been showing up in results from your governments drug monitoring system? do you have any links to those results? the only thing i found i a google search was this page:

And in fact chloroquin was found in "french" pills, and quinin was more frequently in german pills.
It's possible that quinin was use for tonic properties. (In France we have got a syrup call Quintonine (r) which is a fortifiant drink.
and quinin is also use for Schewps preparation!
But in fact at therapeutic doses Quinin is the most efficacious drug agains malaria.
But that can be toxic at high level.
Chloroquine is also a drug for malaria treatment and prévention.
I know that it can occur vision troubles, and psychiatric troubles.
But I always wonder why exactly it's use in pills.
If there is a logic reason?!

ahh so it is Quinine we are talking about. Please could you tell us wherre you heard about these chemicals in pills? Do you have any internet links for pages? We'd just like to see them to see if we can put them in context.

It also can be freebased exactly like coke,to form a rock!!!(crystal)
I suspect that cocaine is frequently cut with quinine, could this be what causes the terrible come down????

What r u talkin bout? I wouldn't be woried about these "adulturants". These are the least of ur problems if your worried bout what ur pills are diluted with! I mean thijnk of what people are putting in these. Think. Quinine is yummy and the least of UR Problems. For reals.
AW's. i want to know what other's think bout excessive HTP pre-loading. Ofcourse it defeats the purpose, but does anyone have some real info on the effects of this practice as i did this in the past. I don't anymore, in fact i don't do any of this anymore but i was just wondering. I swear i don't do this anymore. those who are listening.

this person hasn't said they are worried about the quinine. i'm guessing it's more of a question of interest. i'm intrigued by it as well. the only reference to quinine in pills i have found so far was in the danish paper i mentioned above. there is a full translation here (cheers bts).

my guess for quinine in pills is that someone who made the pill was out of normal filler lets say fructose and lactose, goes to the shop, buys a whole bunch of the cheapest anti flu he can get and starts mixing it up.. hence, quinine..
