Its in a hard rock form, cant figure out how to get a good hit. any help? ps: i dont have a very high tolerance at the moment as ive only done it twice (insullfated).
 
We are currently discussing this topic here. They are both powder #4 heroin HCL, so China White (if it actually is that) and powder heroin from South America both smoke the same, so the thread I linked you to applies to either one.
 
Powder is just the term, it's the same stuff yours is just compressed right now but can be broken down into a powder. The South American heroin comes in those chunks sometimes too. The bottom line is that it will burn too easily causing you to waste some unless you do certain things to increase the temperature it which it is destroyed, allowing you to smoke it without destroying most of it.
