Opioids China white heroin - Why can't a guy piss when he's loaded

Does anyone know why getting loaded on good diacetylmorphine makes it hard to or impossible to piss sometimes?

I'd done fent, oxy, morphine etc for some time in my 20's and never had the issue, but recently got a half G of china white and it was the best gear I've ever had. But pissing was fuckin impossible at ~ 50 mg before tolerance hit.

Tolerance dictated that ~12 mg hit nice at the start, towards the end of a half g, I could snort ~ 35 - 50 mg at a time by the end of the week. Less trouble pissing as tolerance went up. Never shot, hooped it twice which hit hard too. First hoop session of 50 mg made me sick as fuck lol.

Def not looking to re up in a hurry, but God damn that was a nice value for money Vs the 25$ a piece oxy 20's. I'll never buy a jug of 20's again.

8 20's or an entire gram of white.

White every time. Fuck 20's
 
Urinary retention. Opioids reduce the sensation of a full bladder, interfere with the nerve signals that control urination & increase the tone of the bladder sphincter.

In exteme cases Selective α1-adrenergic receptor antagonists are prescribed. UK protocol is alfluzosin or tamsulosin depending on comorbidities and other medications use to treat same (to reduce interactions).

I'm genuinely curious as to why that is for heroin and not any other opiate or opioid I've ever abused. Just the good stuff.

Legitimately never happened even on heavy fent use or pharma IV morphine
 
All I can say and this is a good thing, you got the real deal.

Here we have what we call Thai white and also constrict urinating, dose dependent. But at the very least you got good shit.

Aha - it could be the case that less pure types of heroin also contain clinically significant amounts of papaverine which is a smooth muscle relaxant. I've certainly talked to BLers in India who compained that opium produces an unexpectely nasty AWS and I suggested that papaverine might be the reason. Various studies seem to suggest that papaverine antagonizes some of the effects of morphine.

Just a hypothesis - but one that there may be sufficient data to promote it all the way to the glittery heights of becoming a theory.
 
Oh man, you brought back a memory. Irvine Meadows Amphitheater 1988 Grateful Dead show. I was using the Mexican brown at the time. Had to pee but could not. I had to relax, took me 15 minutes to pee. But I can hear the music the whole time. Also was tripping. Lucky Charms if anyone remembers. But I had to do mental gymnastics to get to pee.

After that in NY the white dope also made it hard to pee. It was said that you sit on the bowl (even a man), and take your fingers and tickle your butt. I remember doing that while nodding on the bowl. Also running your hand through water helps too.

Yeah memories,, I forgot about how many tricks I needed to pee while nodding.
 
Haha I do the mental gymnastics too! Push push push. I demand you to pee! All the shit I need to visualise to get to pee. Water drops falling, leeky taps, pipes bursting open..
.. oh and the good old trick to open a tap near by so the water is flowing slightly, (and you can hear it trinkle) it really does help sometimes.
I've never heard of the butt fingering tho!, gonna have to give it a try next time I'm struggling.
My prescribed daily 50mg methadone doesn't stop me from peeing but when/if I do H I have great difficulty
 
Aye, same here. Always wondered what caused that inability to piss right.

I have it ever since I started opiates codeine to brown, synthetics, like tapentadol and tramadol too. Worse with higher dosages to the point I'm sat there focusing on my breathing to try and relax EVERY muscle and then nodding out and occasionally falling off the pan. Only gave myself a mild black eye once.

So... Other than arse tickling (will try it) or alpha receptor antagonists has anyone got any special tips to deal with this?

Just out of interest does this affect you ladies as much as does us men?
 
FYI you aren't supposed to tickle your asshole. You're supposed to push on the area between your asshole and your balls. It's also effective for getting the last bit of cum or piss out when you normally send things down that tube.
 
Reminiscing about being totally jammed a couple decades ago. I remember chuckling at the humor of not being able to kiss. The chuckle turns to discomfort. Try to piss again laugh nervously "i have to go eventually".

Discomfort gives way to concern. Panic sets in. Youre frantically telling your girl that you are unable to piss and I might need medical intervention.

Your girlfriend starts thinking about all of the guys she passed up to be with this fool. "I bet all those guys can piss on command, how did i end up with this fool?"

Then you spend the better part of the evening sitting naked in the shower, crying softly from a heady mixture of dick-pain and shame. My girl rubs my belly saying "nonny, nonny, nonny".

Im starting to feel like my 20s weren't as bad ass as I remember.

That's interesting to know.

It's not the worst side effect in the world but it can be quite annoying sometimes. I suspect I'll probably work towards a lower dose where it doesn't present.

That's the goal anyway...
