Opioids Chicago dope thread

The IL tollway is a beast...

Love your comment on irrationality, I remember telling my gf when the system came out "if I go through the toll sideways I'm good (3 tolls each way), stupid suckers..."
A german car note worth of bills later...

Alright, Alright, Alright. Let me hit you with the scoop.
Especially if you're on the bloody Jane Adams. That thing has been under construction for years. I have been avoiding like the Plague and when it's done, it will he so much faster for me to hit the city. Now I'm taking the 290 and it's more miles, a bit longer drive but ultimately closer to the dope. Less regular streets. LOL
And you must pay. There is no way around. Go get a transformer thing at the Jewel - you get a toll discount AND it's like it's free - the money you spend is automatically available for use on the tollway - you don't have to add anything for a while...

Do you have any awesome connections you can help me out with?
Darn rules. Well, it'd be a whole lot cooler if you did.

(note to mod: a inside joke from a movie, not sourcing AT ALL)

Cops are still in all the spots you'd expect them. Whether or not they'll stop you for being white in those neighborhoods remains to be seen. I know I ODed in a public place. EMS gave me narcan, cops searched my shit and found rigs and half a jab. They said they'd let it go if I agreed to go to the hospital to get checked out. DEFINITELY more chill than most interactions with them!

Were you this person??

A 21-year-old West Chicago man is the latest to have his life saved by a heroin overdose intervention drug as DuPage County inches closer to its 100th save.

West Chicago police officers were called to a home on the 300 block of East Blair Street at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 14 for an unconscious man who may have overdosed.

Officers said the man was unconscious and not breathing. A family member told them heroin probably was involved.

Officers administered naloxone hydrochloride, or Narcan, to the man while they continued performing CPR. West Chicago Fire Protection District paramedics arrived and took over treatment of the patient, who regained consciousness and sat up within minutes.

He was taken to the hospital for evaluation and additional treatment. He is expected to fully recover.

"The use of heroin is a reality in virtually all communities today," police Chief Michael Uplegger said in a written statement. "Equipping our officers with Narcan is another critical tool in the toolbox for the fight against heroin in our community. I am extremely proud of the officers for taking quick action and saving the life of this young man."

Narcan is an antidote intended to counter the effects of opioid drugs, including heroin. West Chicago officers began carrying Narcan in February 2014 as the result of a countywide initiative to equip all DuPage police officers with the drug.

Since receiving and being trained in its use, West Chicago officers have administered Narcan on eight occasions: six times in 2014, once in 2015 and again last week.

DuPage Coroner Richard Jorgenson said Narcan has saved 97 lives countywide since being introduced in 2014. With three lives being saved already this year, Jorgenson said the overall tally could reach 100 very soon.

"It really is a tremendous tool to have at our advantage," Jorgensen said. "We're saving lives with it on a regular basis and it's a great, great thing."

Gwen's back? Jesus, if Gwen's back, i gotta say hi. And she didn't even mention me. Still alive. Still on and off. More off than on, and I like the change in tolerance. Get slammed off a few bags now. And there's good bags on the street - I tossed all my pc's so I wouldn't spend the $ and I could clean up. Makes a big difference. Even tried a rig for the first time in about 12 years last weekend, and man, don't need to keep that going...maybe just special occasions.
Y'all oldtimers be good now...stay alive.

Met up with the van man today. Now I got 3 ten packs of cleans (and everything else a junkie needs in his/her kit) and no dope! Ahhhh! Picked up just under a half g today (sad times...) so I only got a couple shots out of that. Was really good stuff though. Straight up raw. Mmmmm... but I had to wait until almost 3pm to get well! Woke up at 9am just fiending. Waiting is terrible. That said, somebody helped me out with the product, which was ULTRA kind and I am forever grateful. :) Gracias fellow opiat'er! Haha. There still are some groovy and legit people out here (there) in the world. Meeting people who show sincere kindness, who help rather than hinder or harm or bring UP and not down others is extraordinarily refreshing.

This thread has been a bit slower lately! How's everybody been? I've been doing more struggling than anything these days. Things are tough. Dark. I've started to dread mornings more than usual. Ugh - the fight is very real. ;) Wooooooooord. Hope you all are good and high! Or at least 'well' ! Yes?

I've never seen one of those vans, I always thought they were a myth. When I use to shoot up I'd go to the needle exchange off of Cicero until this chick told me I can just go to Walgreen's and get 'em. I didn't believe her at first until she came out with a bunch. Can you still get em at places like that or are the pharmacists sketchy about it?

You can get them at walgreens or walmart. Not here in Wisconsin unless a diabetic but I've purchased them in Rockford at Walgreens. Just go in and ask for what size you want, have your ID ready. Theyre pretty cheap, a few dollars +/-. The van man is real... lol, at least around here and I'd assume in the Chicago area as well. They even will drop them in your mailbox! He does for me...nice guy.

Nah man. Any Walgreen's/CVS in Illinois will sell rigs, I'm from Indiana so I used to bang I had to go waaaay out of my way for a new pack. It was kind of a pain in the balls for me but if you're already out there, its pretty damn convenient

I've never been to a needle exchange though, how does that work?? Do you just walk up and buy them or do you have to have some type of proof. (Track marks, dirty needles, etc.) Although I doubt they'd ask for your junkie identification card lol

@nasty... you just call or go to one if their sites. You dont need to show the exchange or van any ID or junkie proof. ;) They DO like for you to return dirties but most do not require it.

I had to talk to someone and sign up so I could get a card to show its legal for me to have them. They prefer you return the dirties but it usually doesn't matter but I haven't been there in years so I don't know about now.

At yoga, look for the guy stuck in the same position through the whole class, sitting Indian style with the forehead a few inches from the floor.
At the smoothie bar, listen for the guy ordering only a cup of water. (So he can fix up a shot when he gets back to his car) 

Why the fuck would you shoot up before driving? You're going to hurt yourself or maybe kill some kids crossing the street. Please be safer.

Wassup my nodders? I need some advice from some of you veteran dopeheads. Those of you who saw my first post a couple days ago know my main dude hasn't been picking up for a couple weeks now so I've been getting dogshit bags from other dealers around the south side. I also got some raw connects and the shits fire but I honestly can't come up with 60 a day rn for that habit. So anyway, my dude finally hit me and my friends (some of his other customers) back yesterday and said he'd be good by morning. So we all got excited af and scraped up money to go out today, but he also wouldn't tell us what happened. Said he didn't want to talk about it over the phone. So, I'm a bit sketched out rn because he's gotten popped before but it never took this long for him to get back. And also, if he can't tell us why he left using a phone, doesn't that mean he probably shouldn't be setting up deals over the phone either? Idk. Shit just doesn't make sense to me. But my instincts have been wrong a lot with this shit so..idk what to do here guys. I'm supposed to drive this chick out for a couple bags later but I wanted to see if any of you guys have advice about this. I'm sure most of you have been in this same situation, so please let me know how you handled/ would handle this situation. And thanks in advance for any replies, I'd appreciate any help. Stay safe and nod on!

Uh oh. I'm not only looking at this site again, but I'm posting. Which means what's buried in the back of my mind is slowly creeping forward into the light of day, and before I know it, I'll be picking up more often...

Woosa - IME when you cook a shot and get weird neon colors, it typically means it's cut with fentanyl. I've picked up bags on the WS that were cut with fent - nicklebags that you couldn't finish cause you were laid out. I'm pretty sure you know what fent is, if you don't, search it and read up. Typical side effect = death. I know people that prefer the fent, and a lot of nurses and anesthesiologists get hooked on meds cause they have access, and its usually fent. For me, there's really no rush, it just puts me down like that. So not worth it, for me. You should notice a difference in the potency of the shit you have, and if not, shit, who knows what kinda crap gets used for cut in some cases.

Nasty - welcome. I got no answers for you on that post above...I mean...who knows, right? I've had PCs disappear on me, no notice, then call or text back in a week or a month or whatever, saying "hey sorry, the battery on my phone died" to "I went out of town on vacation" to "so and so got busted, this is his cousin and I'm handling the business" - and "I'm back out of jail on lets do this".......so you don't really know, you'll never really know cause it's likely he won't tell you the truth anyway from the sound of what you wrote. He could have cut a plea bargain, but usually that works the other way - not to set up a bunch of small time customers (no offense intended) but to work it up the ladder, like setting up his supplier. If you feel somethings wrong, trust yourself. Either ask him straight up on the phone, like sorry guy but this seems weird, is everything ok? are you setting me up? or something direct like that and gauge his reaction, or just don't do it.
Honest to god, that's one of the things I like about street spots aside from just the rush of scoring, but the fact that nobody has my phone # or my fake phone #, i don't have to get a fake phone or worry about people calling at weird times or my wife answering the phone, or the police getting ahold of a phone that has all my text messages and calls logged, etc. Just wham, bam, roll up, hit it, and roll out. The fun of searching for a new spot, or trying to get a deal or pass out at the right time, haggling and going to the different spot down the street, etc.

Ok, I'm babbling. That's what we used to do here. Where's Chinky at? or Cicero, or Chef, or lots of the old timers....LAter, GN, sweet dreams.....

Oh yeah, by the way, you just walk into the Walgreens (don't know about other chains, only one I've ever had to try cause I live in the Chi and all) and ask at the pharmacy counter. Totally cool.

Recently I said I used a rig for the first time in about 12 years - that's when my mother passed away from cancer, and I used to take her used rigs, clean them and then use them after taking care of her for the day. Especially if it was my turn to stay overnight or whatever. That was truely the worst time in my life, because I could not handle the fact that there was nothing I could do, not matter how hard I tried, that made any difference in the course of her cancer. I could take care of her and make her comfortable and do whatever she asked immediately (except stop drinking and using) but I was a god-awful wreck.

So, I am babbling, but the point was, I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription that was ready (they called and texted and emailed me) - my Suboxone script. So I charged the sub script and then asked for a clean 10 pack, and the good looking nice girl smiled and said, "What brand?" and so I asked about the brands and sizes they had in stock, and while she checked I picked up a pack of cough drops also, cause you know how your throat gets dry after you snort a bag or two.

But yes, it was that simple, she had to put the sub script and the pins together mentally - used a credit card for two separate transactions, didn't have to show ID or sign a logbook or have an insulin script on file or nothing. It's the law here, and they also make money,,,,,she sure was cute too.

I was in the city with my family all day, but I didn't get 1 chance to cop dope. Clark, Mannheim, Austin, Cicero. Nope!! no copping dope for me the doctor said :|

Ayy north side. I feel you man I've heard all the same shit lol, just never had someone say they didn't wanna talk about it. And trust me man, if I knew where to go or even how to I'd be out hitting up the corner dealers every day. I've only ever been to one when me and my friends girl went to see him in treatment on the west side. We tried cold copping while waiting for the blue line I think it was?(I don't usually fuck with the L system when in the city.) well anyway, we were getting hit up literally every few feet, "yall need blows?" Or "Yo i got whatchyu need," shit like that. So we finally talked to one of the groups we saw. Buddy flashed me a few bags, took my money and took off down some ally faster than id ever seen a mother fucker run in my life and his friends just stood there mean mugging the shit out of me. Then, accepting defeat we just chilled at the stop and made plans to pick some shit up when we got home and some older office worker type white guy walked up to us. "You guys look a little lost. You finding everything okay out here?" And at the time I was thinking who the fuck says that. This guys a cop fersure. I said yeah and put my head down. I'll never forget this shit lol. Dude puts his hand on my shoulder like my long lost father and goes "They giving you some trouble?" And pointed down the street to where we walked from. I was like the fuck bro..nah why? He goes i gotchyu, they dont serve white kids they dont know. Motherfucker walks over like a teacher taking a kid to get his stolen lunch money from the bully and got us our bags with a fucking extra. I was ecstatic as you mightve guessed, but he wouldn't give up his number and I'm not tryna go back there to get my ass whooped or anything lol. I haven't been back to any cold copping areas since, but man that dope was fire. I just honestly don't wanna risk it after that shit happened. Next time I know I won't be so lucky. But, I did go to the PC I mentioned tonight and got some pretty decent shit. Still wouldnt explain what happened, but i dont give a shit, as long as he keeps supplying and keeping us safe where hes at, i dont need to know what his story is.There's nothing better than reconnecting with a PC you thought you lost is there??haha
