Chewing valium or letting them melt in your mouth under your tongue

Anyone find that these are better ROA's than just swallowing?
Ive always just swallowed them whole with a cup of tea and i begin to feel the effects after around 20 minutes.

As far as im aware Oral is the best ROA.

If you were to crush them up/chew them, then they would now doubt dissolve quicker once ingested, sublingual (Under your tongue) is an option i know that some people like to do, but generally speaking (IMO) a lot of Benzos dont taste too good so i just swallow them, with the exception of Clonazepam and maybe a few others.

All it really does is provide a slightly faster onset. So if you're say, feeling really anxious and want immediate relief, them chewing benzos or putting them under your tongue can help them to come on sooner. When I've taken benzos for dental work the dentist would crush the pill, put it in a bit of water, have me swish it around in my mouth and then swallow in order to get the effects to come on sooner. I've also tried dissolving the pill under my tongue. I don't think either really made a huge difference though.

Yes, it results in the drug kicking in a lot faster. But as the ROA of oral is already extremely high, it won't make the effect particularly stronger or more efficient.

Gonna close thread as it seems your question has already been answered, and there isn't really much room for discussion in an open-and-shut thread like this.

Gimme a PM if you have any questions or would like to add something.
