rating is between 900 and 1100 been some time

i just opened an account (formidable_monk.) im sure i can figure it out but presently unsure how to challenge specific players.

my rating is 1136 after one match..

^ after you play a lot of matches you'll go to your true rating, whether that is much lower or higher.

when i last played i hovered around 1200 and cant seem to break through into the 1300s

i wish chess.com wouldn’t show your opponent’s rating until after the game.
