I got my hands on some of this, and was wondering if it was safe to plug straight up?...Should I dilute it?...Would plugging take a lot of the APAB liver risk out of it?

Plugging won't change the risk due to the APAP as even though it doesn't undergo first pass metabolism, it gets to the liver on the other passes.

I can't really find any information against plugging this syrup. But considering how it won't get around the APAP issue, and there really isn't any bioavailability increase, I would consume orally if your tolerance permits.

drink that shit.

God dude one time i was desperate and plugged like 3ml of codeine/promethazine syrup.
It was fucking..just terrible.

No effects from the drugs at all and i would have much rather tasted the sweet purplish shit, but i didn't have enough for my "fix".

Not to mention i was shitting out purple surple...what a waste.

Drink that shit or i will track you down and drink it..and possibly kill you. no offense

Glad it worked out, OP.

Going to keep this open for a bit longer in case anyone has any pertinent information on any associated risks with this practice.
