I don't like the way the promo is written either.
But to the dance scene as a whole, for safety, integrity and continuation of the scene, quality pill testing products are a near essential commodity.
Without them people are going to keep producing shyte to make a quick buck and cause people to get messed up and be dragged off to hospitals. Chain reactions ensue... some of which are damamging and degrading to the scene, and may eventually go to far.
