Hello,

I've been recommended to take Chelated Magnesium to help with the side effects of amp usage however im not sure on what kinda dosage of Chelated Magnesium I should be taking? I want to take this to mainly reduce blood pressure and heart palpitations but unsure on how much/how often and when I should take these...

Could someone give me some insight on this place. The amp of choice will be MPA and street phet (<-- Not very often as its getting harder and harder to get)

Thanks.

300mgs. take it 30 minutes before dosing the amphetamines and then again just before you peak, and then AGAIN after you crash. at least that's what i do, and it works great. What ROA are you using for the MPA? and what is this "street phet"? if it's phetermine, then i would by very surprised to learn that there is a street form.

My ROA is sniffing it, around 35mgs once a day. When I say street Phet I mean just normal speed, probably cut with gods knows what, the slang for it here is Phet.

the Chelated Magnesium will work for the "phet" and most likely the MPA as well. take it (chelated Ma) as i directed in my previous post.

Mg won't do very much to reduce amphetamine induced blood pressure or palpitations, it may help with muscle tension though.

all my biology classes and i never knew the significance of Mg2+ and ATP:

what i cant find is information regarding the transport of Mg2+ across cell membranes... anyone have a clue?

so do you only say not to use oxide because you simply need to ingest more of it?
500~mg oxide stopped any gurning on 300mg~ Methylone, which ime is the biggest gurner

Mg oxide and carbonate are the most poorly absorbed forms, and can cause constipation in large excess

If you find the oxide works for you, stick with it

<too specific for our sourcing policy> Chelated Magnesium Albion Amino Acid Chelate, 200mg chelated magnesium glycinate chelate 90 caps for about <no price discussion>

Well ridiculous doses have been shown effective in some forms of heart rhythm disorders, though to quote my prof "we have no idea how it works"

How are these doses administered? I would imagine injecting doses of Mg is an excellent way to perform a home lethal injection.
