well good person, welcome to the board. i am also new to this site and have joined it to meet, new, interesting people. i also like opiates and i was just wondering what your DOC is? mine is.... opiates... morphine mostly. i like pins and needles(and needles). i try and stay away from H because it is so cheap where i live. methadone is a rough rough thing... but i still like it every autum.

hail RADIATIONMAN, my DOC? nice sticky, tootsy roll looking, vinagar smelling, dirt cheap mexican black tar heroin. i see every other drug as just a prelude or a stop gap. i am 6 weeks clean, and intend to stay that way but if a big fucking asteroid was headed for earth or I was given 6 months to live or something I know exactly what drug would choose me. BTW why methadone in the autumn?

Welcome to Bluelight!

I used to be addicted to powder heroin but it is no longer my drug of choice, nor do I even really care to use heroin ever again.

I know you can do it though, best of luck with your own personal goals! :)

My opiate of choice back in those days was Dilaudid... always IV'ed... I switched to methadone for about a year when I was trying to quit and finally succeeded... been addiction free for I guess about 5 years now... I still do all sorts of drugs... just not all the time with anything that I'm gonna get some horrible addiction to.... opiates and booze and coke are like a once a month max thing... I can handle being mildly addicted to pot... a day or week or whatever without it isn't gonna cause me any issues lol...

I did take a solid 3 years off of everything cept herb after beating my addictions and got my mind and life in a good place before testing the waters with drugs again....

Anyhow, welcome to bluelight....

Welcome to the light 2-vigilant :)

It's good to hear that you found Bluelight! I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for and good luck :)

starts off cacophonish but comes together halfway thru with a pink floyd sample - remember this is my first attempt so take it easy on me. peace

Hello 2-vigilant,,
I just wanted to say hey,,and I'm in the PNW as well.
Also, I'm glad you are getting clean,,I had an unfortunate death in my family recently, my sister, methadone, and fentanyl patches:\
Maybe you can give ME some insight about how it affected you,,and how you are doing now.
I'm thinking just connecting with another person, will help me through my grieving process.
My sister Donna passed away July 16th,,so it's still a little raw for me~
Hoping to find a friend.
TTYL?? Maybe?
hugs..Jubie
