Cheekbone Pain From Meth

So I just got done with a little over a two day meth binge. I'm having a lot of pain in my cheekbone area (more like behind it, not the actual bones). It's not just soreness, it's intense pain and expands to my temples and behind my eyes giving me a horrible headache. I can't lay down comfortably at all. I'm not asking for medical advice, but wondering if anyone knows more about it. The only method I used was snorting, so is it possible it could cause sinus issues maybe? Also, is it temporary or something that could have caused some damage? I've eaten well, slept, and kept hydrated. Also, I've used before multiple times, always by snorting, and I never experienced any pain in that area before.

Yes, I would say it's very likely that you have irritated your sinuses from snorting meth. What you can do now is use some saline spray and that will keep your nose moist. For now, I would quit snorting it and look into safer ways to use.

Definitely irrigate your sinuses. There might have been a nasty cut in your meth that's irritating them. Otherwise, it's possible you have an infection for which you might need antibiotics.

Sounds like a tension headache i get it when i ingest a enormous amount of stimulants in a short peroid of time. Yiur probably unconciously tensing those muscles sometimes i tense my jaw so tight i cant open my mouth because they are spasming
