Cheapest/Best gel caps you use?

I am wondering what products you buy, empty the contents and replace them with others (MD**, Shrooms, etc). What is the cheapest or best product which is encased in gel caps?
This is my first post, so mods please modify or delete this thread to suit the guidelines. Cheers.

It's probably simpler to buy empty caps
Chemists usually sell them in different sizes though they are sometimes a bit pricey (but high quality), ask at the counter.
You can also buy empty caps in some health food stores - I got 60 empty vegetable caps for $6.95 a few months ago.

The cheepest ones are the ones in health food stores. 60 for 6 bucks sounds about right.
The best ones are the ones from the chemist, they are extra clean and de-bugged etc but are friggen expensive considering its all going through your digestive system anyway.
