I'm on buoe maintenance and currently12mg a day is my day.
1.Pregabalin 600mg -2 -4 times a aweek and sometimes 1200mg. I barely feel 600mg even on empty stomach.
Okay the big question-
Today 1pm I took 750mg pregabalim on an emty stomach which I felt barely, So after 2 hours I took 1.5 mg quality alptazolam .
But I felt nothing much so another 6mg lotazeoam around 7pm and 6mg again at 8pm which is 30mins before I'm writing this.
I don't take benzos daily, I take 1-2 clonazepam once or twice the past week and that's it.
What is happening? I barely feel a thing

Yeah the typos are quite obvious lol. I think he's clearly intoxicated but he just doesn't realise it.

You are on drugs. That is what is happening. Sometimes, we don't get as high or the right type of high. Sometimes we think Heroin is going to make all of our problems go away. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.

You're a polysubstance user. The usage of multiple substances inherently makes it more difficult to have any kind of meaningful perspective regarding your situation. It's hard enough to know with a single drug. When you start taking 2, 3, 4 you start dealing with interactions and the potential synergy that makes any kind of meaningful prediction useless. When you're taking pills like this, if you're me, you eventually, after much trial and error, arrive at something like:

"I think this amount will make me black out"

"I think this amount will not make me black out"

And generally, there is little point in trying to predict.

@someguyontheinternet said it way more succinctly. "Delusions of Sobriety". You can take 100mg Alprazolam and still believe you're absolutely lucid. Benzodiazepines are notorious for this shit. I don't even want to know how many people are in prison right now because they did something after they blacked out on Benzo's. You think I'm joking, I'm not.

I think we've answered this one so I'd like to close and move along so we can make room on our front page. The objective of the thread was weak to begin with but it was a good opportunity to discuss the phenomenon of "Delusions of Sobriety"
