Changing the effects of dxm with bupe?

Do you guys think taking a low dose of bupe would block opiate receptors enough to reduce the sedative effects of dxm and it's metabolites?
 
No, it wouldn't have any affect. DXM doesn't use the opioid receptors, I think the tripping is from NMDA receptor and serotonin receptor activity. DXM looks like an opioid but they aren't quite the same.
 
DXM potentiates opioids. But afaik not all of them.
It also seems to prevent developing opioid tolerance.
