Would it be ok to smoke changa using a glass spoon bowl pipe? I'm not really expecting to breakthrough by doing this but I hope it yields some good results

That's generally what you should be smoking changa out of.
And changa is pretty hard to breakthrough off of unless whoever made it has made it extremely potent, although that generally isn't the intent with changa
