Champagne

my mate just mentioned he has this pink champagne stuff in north qld... i jsut tohught it was a dye or impurity in the synth.. he seems to think it's "top" stuff lol

We are talking about champagne ICE which is pink, not the red liquid ox blood which is toxic filth that has been around since the late 70's or earlier.

The stuff that student has access to may or may not be the real deal champagne that was around in years gone by but, it certainly isn't "ox blood" speed.

i would highly doubt that average ice is around 50 percent pure, at street level at least, its really easy to cut the stuff with Epson salts, looks almost identical, a greedy junkie got one of my mates this way, sample was good, then the product didnt quite cut it....
 
yeah, no offence but where did ya get that statistic from? someone posted a graph a month or two ago in one of the speed threads showin purity from state to state and I think (from memory) the average purity level for meth amp. was around 20%.... 50% is wayyy to high for an 'average'...
 
^ Those averages are from methamphetamine as a whole, which includes a lot of what people call 'speed'. This brings the average purity down a lot. Psilo was just talking about 'shards', which I'd say have an average purity of 40-50%.
 
i always though Mamp was of high purity like 80% or more here, only due to the fact going on erowid dosages they come up pretty similiar. although u do need a mg scale for this. if the purity was like 50% you would assume you use 50% more than the stated dosages. anyways i have had some of this touted to be good stuff in actual fact it was similar to the clear shards just the red phosphorous left over. i believe this process of washing it has not been done as thoroughly as it could of been to get it clear.
 
A second batch of the champagne has made its way back, the product seems to have been washed a lot more as the pink tinge is even more subtle then before and barely noticeable also the smell is less pungent but potency and reagent results seem to match the results of the first batch.
 
fuck the first time I saw pink champagne was in 92/93 and I'm pretty certain it was sulphate

Posts like the one above just annoy me. I don't see how it's such a hard concept to grasp that there is no 'proper' pink stuff, it's just an impurity, if it's any different to normal methamphetamine, it's not because of the pink colour, so it means nothing.
 
LoL sorry just wanted to know how shit pink stuff would look like not coz i wanted the almighty pink champagne. i got some pink meth last month was wet no good size crystals in the bag and burnt like crap.
 
Sorry if I came across a bit gruff, like pisspotnrock said though there's likely been that many batches of stuff people have called 'pink champagne' that you could get 1000 different photos and still be no further along in knowing the purity of your stuff or what cutters it contained.
