I recently read somewhere about using chamomile as a "companion plant" for cannabis growing because it increases the production of oils and resins in all plants it grows near.
Unfortunately I can't find much more information about it than that so I am hoping a botanist will read this and know something more than I.
First of all would it be necessary for the chamomile to actually be growing beside the cannabis or could one simply brew up some chamomile tea and add it to the water tank?
Also, would an increase in the essential oils and resins production have any effect on the cannabis potency/flavour/chemical make up.
I know chamomile goes great with cannabis as in a spliff and a pot of tea, I would be interested to know if that symbiotic relationship exists in the developmental stage as well.
Any information or even speculation would be greatly appreciated.
