Has anyone else ever had this problem with fentanyl? Before anyone makes there two cents yes it was very high quality fentanyl powder. When I first started doing it let's say got example a week ago, the tiniest amount smoked had me very high. I had to even take micro baby puffs just to make sure I don't overdose. Here I am a week later and I can honestly do a session where I'm smoking and only getting so high before it feels like it's just a waste to keep smoking. It's like the same concept with crack- you need to take breaks to feel the rush. I just thought it was weird because I feel like fentanyl has a ceiling effect when tolerant. You would think the more you smoke the bigger chances of overdose are. Nope I can smoke through a whole pile and not get anymore sedated.
Can someone please explain to me why this happens? I was under the impression it was fentanyl and can become deadly very quickly.
My other question is this. I'm on the sublocade shot and I only been doing fentanyl for like five days. In total maybe two grams consumed. Will I experience withdrawals after I stop smoking or will the bupe in my system prevent that?
