You can probably add another 25% to all those precentage statistics for all the people that lied too.
 
I'm not surprised to see Morocco on the list but I am surprised there aren't any more Arabic countries on the list.

Actually I'm not surprised, fuck this list. I hate demographics as such, total bs imho

Yeah nothing worst for weed then a republican cowboy in office :) . My cottage in Vermont had pretty Schwag weed but we bought it off some guy with a machete in his pants and his 300 pound girlfriend, So yeah... But I guess that other states further down south must have some nice stuff. Medical despenseries don't usually have anything close to shwagg. My dream is to get my medical card and just have such a selection of legal weed. I mean I live in Montreal so the dealers here got quite the selection also, and if we get caught with anything under a ounce it's just a fine. So I can't complain.... Yet!! :):):)
 
Australia clocks in at 10.3% apparently not high enough to get in the article but still up there. It looks like the kiwis are representing as far as the southern hemisphere goes. I wouldnt say this is a definitive list though. I looked through the list of countries and many do not collect data on this some of which would probably have pretty high rates of use: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Malawi, Swaziland, Lesotho all places where a lot of people use cannabis but no data is collected. I would say that the fear of prosecution would probably keep a lot of people from disclosing their use especially in places with severe penalties.

Edit:It looks like some of the older publications collected data from some of those places- India is actually pretty low about 3% as is Nepal and Pakistan. Some other places that have had high levels are Papua New Guinea 29.5%, Micronesia 29.1%, Ghana 21.5%, Zambia 17.7%

I thought by now that weed would be outright legalized. I remember the decriminalizing of weed in 1974. I was living in Colorado at the time & 'under 1 oz = $25 citation'. I just knew by 1980, we'd be buying packs of joints in the liquor store. Fuckin Nancy Reagan & her "Just Say NO!" horseshit derailed that effort & set us back years!!
OK, by 1990, the govt has to see that weed is no worse than booze & cigs. No again? OK, by 2000, this nonsense will stop. Still no? Then by 2010, someone has to see the idiocy of all this. No again? I'm wondering now if I'll live to see the day of outright legalization. Probably the day after I croak...:?
 
Contrary to popular belief; Obama has actually been harder on marijuana than Bush was. This is primarily because he reinstated Michele Leonhart as the head of the DEA, and she in turn made medical marijuana a priority for the DEA again. The Obama administration's effect on the legalization of marijuana has in fact set us back :|. And we all though having a black president would be so cool too :( haha.

P.S. Bush was still a total idiot and embarrassment to the USA in my opinion though, and I believe that Obama has been doing a pretty alright job as president when we look at the big picture.

America does rock man, national pride is awesome and even though I don't agree with all of my countries policies and politicians I still think its a great place to live. I can see why other countries hate us too but hey come on we're not the only ones with problems in our country.

Oh wow, That is a happy CD front page. I went through and bumped a bunch of the Mega Threads cause im bored and high on addy and my morning bowl.

Just smoking on some local home grown stuff, pretty nice not overly strong. Getting some yummy kush from jersey tonight though, cant wait!
 
why the do these spice containers keep opening in my pocket, whlie nothing realy lost its realy annoying trying to get it out, not to mention all the pocket lint you end up smoking
