I'm going to a major festival in Sydney tomorrow. I know the police can strip search, but can they do a cavity search?

If police suspect that someone is concealing illicit drugs in a body cavity they can detain them. “If the person detained does not consent to an internal search, the police officer must apply to a judge for an order for a medical practitioner to carry out the search”

If the festival happens to be happening in a castle looking area, I wouldn't worry to much, IME the place is quite lax.
