Cautious about going to sleep..?

So say I, within 8 hours, took 2 1/2 endocet 7.5mg and 2 1000 vicodin (the 10mg each) and ive been eating and drinking water sufficiently, when would you say it's okay to go to sleep? Just after the effects begin to wear off? Slow but steady heart rate. General euphoria is wearing off. I'm used to taking 2 10mg vicodin a day. I had a stressful day and just kept going. I don't know why I didn't stop. And what's the risk of the amount of acetaminophen Ive taken?

they say you shouldn't consume more than 2g APAP at once. From my calculations you went just a bit over and you didn't take it all at once. I do not believe you'd be at risk from respiratory depression. So you're on 20mg hydro and 18.75mg oxy? Sounds fine. They're not high doses. 8 hrs a long time. fly safe

Not sure of how much acetaminophen is in each pill you took. Estimating 500 mg/pill, you would be at about 2250 mg which is fine. The recommended limit per day is 4000 mgs. (I have heard it was lowered to 3000, but in any case you would still be under, and a one time thing of going slightly over is fine regardless)

You would be fine to sleep. The only time it's dangerous would be if you had taken so much you were in danger of respiratory depression. Taking an extra 15 or so mg isn't going to do that to you
