cardio problems on mdma

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1. When taking mdma (tested and at a small dose i.e. 60mg) my cardio seems to have some problems on the comeup and during the trip (not so much when coming down)
Its a feeling as if i would nearly faint. like my eyes would like to roll backwards and i have trouble staying oriented and standing up. It comes in waves and is nearly overwhelming.
obviously i dont take larger doses because of that. Maybe someone has a tip on how do deal with that problem?
2. I get so dam tired on mdma. I dont rly get a driving feeling, like that I want to jump around and dance hard etc. but I get rly tired, deep breathing, etc.
I know the kuddely part is normal but I just cant rly motivate myself to dance and stuff. I rather sit around and talk and space out a bit.
That is fine sometimes but i wish I could have these feelings of extasy and energy combined with dancing that i see in others.
Am I just dosing to low? Or is this just the way it works with me? What do you think?

It's reasonably common. I find a little caffeine adds the energy you need to break through into the energetic euphoria. I'd recommend a small energy drink and see what happens. If that doesn't change much try higher doses, 60mg really is low. 100mg is usually a good dose.

With "cardio", do you mean heart trouble? Do you have any heart disease, high blood pressure etc? If so, you should stay away from drugs that increase heart rate. For healthy people, taking mdma will increase heart rate and blood pressure to a level of some moderate exercise and should not be dangerous. The dosage might be too low, I find low doses of mdma to be a little uncomfortable and I end up getting restless without any real euphoria. Normal dose is around 80-120, with the average for most people tend to be about 100mg.

How do you react to caffeine alone? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Is it difficult or are you usually energetic? Are blood pressure related problems common in your family?

1) does this feeling go away? I think you are describing what I think is a pretty common mdma come up. Try focusing on something relaxing until you come up. So talk with some friends, chill and listen to music, etc.

2) Pure MDMA seems to be a more chilled euphoric feeling with a tad of energy. That's just my experience though. Bunk pills will give you loads of energy ha, but don't suggest taking them.

It sounds like you just take to little. When taking to little you will be sort of in the come up state the whole time. Tiredness, heart beats fast, feeling like you are about to faint, ect.

These things will go away if you take enough. Try 100-130 mg (1.5-2 mg/kg).
