Capsule of .5 g Molly, how to take?

I got one capsule of Molly that supposedly has half a gram of Molly. I want to take 1/4 of this for one roll, right? Assuming so, how would I go about breaking the capsule up? I have a feeling if I take the capsule apart the stuff will go everywhere and will end up wasted or contaminated. Guy did give me an empty capsule as well. I'd ask him but he's at Burning Man lol. Thanks for any help. Obviously I am an idiot when it comes to this stuff
 
If its the gel caps get a clean surface and open it smoothly and pour it on the table or whatever. It probly wont get contaminated. Get a credit card or a razor blade and cut it into 4 equal parts and put 1/4 in the spare gel cap and the rest save it in the original. If you have a scale it would be easier. Pop it when ready and yer good to go.

.5g could be over optimistic depending on capsule size.

Most capsules are of a standard size. If you refeer your capsule to a size chart you can estimate the volume of powder using this reference source.

For a decent role anything 100mG+ is good. Take no more than 150mG.

Some people like to mix MDMA with speed. If you are okay with speed I would recommend 100mG MDMA 10-20mG Speed. this way you can keep the dose of MDMA lower and it will make the roll more intense and last longer.

The lower the dose of MDMA you need the better.
 
^ futura is right on with this one. Your standard size capsule (I forget the size number) holds right at 250mg if you stuff that thing to the max. Usually closer to 220 mg.

half a g in a capsule sounds pretty laughable
 
Dump it in some vitamin water. The entire thing cuz that's a very low dose. But its the safest way to take it and not waste your money.

Why is putting molly in water any safer than swallowing a cap?

Why would the OP be wasting money by not putting it in water?
