I've decided that for all my New Years Gear it would be alot easier to carry around.. (and take) if it was all divided up into caps..
Now I've just checked my medicine cabinet and I've got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that comes in a cap (or even comes close to one).. so my question is:
-- can you buy empty caps at the chemist..
or (because somehow I get the feeling that most chemists aren't going to be selling empty caps)
-- what is the best/cheapest thing to buy that comes in caps that you can empty and then refill...
thanks..

Check your 5htp, thats what I like to use when caps are needed...
Otherwise go to a chemist and check! I haven't seen any painrelief that suit your requirements, look in digestives such as dihorrea medicine. Make sure you get something big though, even if you don't fill it, its a struggle and a half to get powder into those tiny ones.
BTW, my 5htp Caps have 225 mg (total) from three diff things. I know MG is a measure of weight, but this info should be of assistance when looking for 'big' or 'small' caps.

You should be able to buy empty gelcaps in varying sizes from health-food stores, or similar stores that sell naturopathic goods. There is a huge variety of health supplements and vitamins that come in caps too if you want to empty them out - though things like panadol and disprin (I think) just stopped being sold in caps due to the poisoning scare not long ago.

"What they're trying to do with radio, with this, uh, McCarron-Walter Act and a lot of other ways, is start by saying that they're protecting the public from wicked rock bands, or girlie magazines, or whatever. But, if you follow the chain of dominoes that falls down, what they're really trying to do is shut off our access to information itself. If they can't do it by law they know there's other ways to do it."

Health-food shops usually sell bottles of empty capsules, about $7 for 60.
And for the paranoid amongst us, they ask no questions

Just go to safeway and buy the cheap no brand pracetamol capsules. Empty them out and then just fill up each cap with your point of what ever you have. I use them all the time and they break up pretty quick once you have eaten them.
