Can't update my account info

I need help. My account says "n/a" next to everything. How do I change this?
 
Top right - settings, then down the left you will see My Settings under that you have 'edit profile' - click that.
 
There's no settings option. I use my cell phone & it says, "bluelight mobile" on the top left.
