Can't stop going to the toilet since my last hit of MDMA? It's been 3 weeks.

Hi all, thanks for reading as always:

I took MDMA for the 2nd time in my life 3 weeks ago. When I was on it I didn't urinate for 12 hours straight. But since then I've been going to the toilet about 6-8 times a day. My bladder seems weak. When I went out drinking last night I must've gone to the toilet 3 times in one hour.

Can someone please help me on this? Would really appreciate it.

I have experienced something similar. Do you notice a really foul smell when you use the restroom?

IME, my shit got sorted... Literally!

If it really bugs you, seek a physician. Time will sort it out, unless you have general GI problems.

That wouldn't worry me at all. When i was using ketamine frequently, id have to use the toilet to pee anywhere between 20 - 30 times a day and get up in the night too. I think it could just be where you didnt pee for ages, so you may possibly have a urinary tract infection. If you see a doctor/ gp and explain you are likely to recieve antibiotics.

3 times in one hour is a bit alarming though, maybe your pelvic floor muscles arent relaxed and you keep needing to urinate because of that, or maybe the ecstasy and your bladder problem are non-related and you actually have a bladder problem.

best go for some tests if this problem continues to give you trouble.
 
I also got the same problem. Ever since my last use, I've been going to the toilet way more frequently then before. But I'm also drinking more water than usual.

MDMA can also imbalance the electrolyte system of the body, even in subtle ways that have lasting impacts. There's a product called EmergenC that I use a lot whenever I do MDMA. It contains full spectrum electrolytes. Maybe you can get that near you, or something like it. If your urine is really dark then it probably means your body is excreting toxins, but if it's clear and profuse then it could be an electrolyte imbalance.

Sometimes though, frequent urination is the rebound effect of stranguria during the MDMA roll. It's your body trying to restore balance.

@foreigner, yes always, everytime perfectly clear.

I'll go back to the doctor tomorrow. I hope it's not a ruptured bladder. That stuff requires surgery :(
