cant snort adderall... what other than oral

I love to snort my adderall and all pills but i get pneumonia after every time i do it so it's no longer an option. Is there any way to get the effect without getting the pill crap going into my lungs?

plugging. it may come off as a little weird, due to the stigma against putting stuff up your ass, but here's what you need to do. Get an oral syringe-you can cop one easily at any pharmacy. They have no needle. You need to dissolve the Adderall in water, draw it up into the syringe, lubricate the syringe with Vaseline, lay on your side, and press the plunger. Stay laying on your side for a while (until you notice the drug taking effect). It's best not to be plugged up (terrible pun I know), or else your shit will absorb the amphetamine, not your brain. So shit right before plugging. Have fun. Btw, plugging is a fairly rapid ROA, and may be a bit overwhelming.

im open to it. I just might have an issue doing that all the time. What about mixing crushed addy with a little water and flushing in nose? Does the plugging really work that well? also how much water do u use?
