Cant sleep......

I just took my oxycodone 2.5 hours ago.. I took 2 5-325 pills, Its not helping my pain at all.. I dont know if I should take another 2 so I can get back to sleep or just see if I get tired enough to pass out.. I hate tolerence !! anyways if I was to take 2 more would it add to what I already took and kill my damn pain ??... I just dont wanna take another 2 and have nothing happen. thx alot.

I dont think my tolerence is to high.. I have been on oxy for about 2 weeks now, My dosage is 10mg's every 8-10 hours.. Was 10mg's every 4-6 but I changed it for tolerence reasons.. What do you think ?

Its funny that you should mention the 5/325 oxy/acet combo because my bf just got those today after his plastic surgery. Maybe its me, but I don't really get anything from Oxy. I've taken 6 of those before and nothing. If I'm looking for a buzz, how much should I be taking? 40mg? I have no tolerance for this as I have only taken it once before.
