cant sleep on the comedown...can i take tylenol PM or nyquil?

doesn't mdma tax the liver? tylenol pm does for sure.

as long as you're not rolling/taking tylenol pm every weekend, you should be okay.

just be aware. i was admitted to hospital for another condition when they discovered "tylenol crystals: in my urine. trust me, you don't want to drink that putrid thick clear detox liquid. smells and tastes like rotton eggs...

taking on the comedown diphenhydramine has ended in delerium and retrograde amnesia most times I did it.

I am interested in trying this with rozorem for the comedown when I get a chance

I think rozerem might give you a bad reaction, well thats just a guess. I have the most horrifying night terrors on those and vowed to never take them again.

Benzos for sure!! Preferably ambien/zolpidem. I would advise railing 5-10 mgs (don't forget to take the time-release off) about an hour before you want to be asleep. It's a nice compliment to the afterglow of your roll, and then a very peaceful sleep. if that's not available, have a couple cocktails with the kids you were rolling with. it provides a nice conclusion to the evening, increases that bonding feeling that you've hopefully had all night, and i think the combination of sensations is really good! i'd suggest rum or cognac (namely hennesy.)

I always took simply sleep, that did the trick
