TRUMP...TRUTH.
Had Tylenol #1 pills:

300mg acetaminophen
15mg of caffeine
8 mg of codeine

I got this flu for a few days. Extracted about 8 pills with good extraction yield. The migraine went away completely so I went to bed around midnight but I couldn't fall asleep until 3:30am. Is it the caffeine or the codeine that keeps me awake? I know it's probably the caffeine but maybe you guys feel it from the codeine as well.

I'd imagine the caffeine. Some people have trouble sleeping on opiates, but the stimulant seems the obvious culprit.

It's hit or miss with me and codeine and hydrocodone. My pills never have caffeine but sometimes my bedtime I'm all noddy as fuck and other times I just lay in bed for about an hour because it feels good

I have a friend who does large CWE of the same formula and complains about missing a night of sleep every time. I think opiates prevent a few people from falling asleep even when they're almost out, as many people never go out for the night when they hit a nod.

Hydrocodone makes me sleepy, I dont know how much 30mg hydrocodone is equal to (x)codeine

but, even though it makes me sleepy, I stay in bed for a while but I just cant sleep. I dont know why, i think its just the feeling of "feeling good" that even though it sedates you, the good feeling part of you wants to stay awake.
Seriously though, when i do hydrocodone and try to sleep, i end up being "half asleep" like my eyes are open but im paralyzed i can see everything, a minute later im able to move again and I just dont want to fall back asleep.

Using opiates for sleep is gay anyway, its a waste. I actually like feeling half sleepy it feels good but that doesnt mean I actually want to sleep.. i think i made myself clear enough
