Misc Can't Afford Suboxone, Any ideas?

I just got on medicaide and that will cover suboxone (at last!), previously I was paying a shit ton of money for suboxone strips, that I really couldn't afford. My suboxone doctor even tried to talk to some R&B rep, to see if I could get on that low income program, but I wasn't eligible. Now with the coupon and the Medicaid, my suboxone is free. In some states (Wisconsin believe) medicaide will only cover the strips for some stupid reason. Oh yeah, they're "less abusable"

I wish I could use the coupon for suboxone that u can print out on their website. Unfortanetly its only for the strips and not the tablets, which is what I take. I have Anthem Blue cross insuranse and my doctor only gives me a prescription for 2 weeks worth of suboxone and for 24 pills I pay 75 dollars. So for a month I'm paying 150 a month. I get 90 klonopins a month for only 7 bucks. Crazy

Ask him to switch you to the strips--that's what I did.

IN NJ they have free clinics. Outpatient so you have to go there everyday. You dont even need to have medicade prior to going there. They sign you up for free service JUST for that reason.
