So, I tried to get empty gelcaps today to send in a sample. The Walmart pharmacist looked at me like an addict and said (with a bit of a negative tone), "Try an independent pharmacy," as if to imply, "we don't like your kind here in this family store."
I went to an independent one, and she asks me, "What do you need them for?"
What kind of question is that? What do you think I need it for? I Was caught off guard by the stupid question, so I said, "To ground up my pills into a powder and put them in. I have trouble swallowing large pill."
She said "Technically, they require a doctor's prescription or note."
So I once again slunk out of the store feeling like a member of the bottom rung of society.
Any suggestions?
