How's everyone doing!?

So I've been smoking pot for a decade now. In addition to this, I've also been taking nootropics for approximately a year straight now. The nootropics have done great things for my highs, creating more euphoria, reducing negative side effects, and large boosts of motivation to name a few.

In about three weeks, I plan on withdrawing off of marijuana. I've had difficulty in the past associated with this issue, and have relapsed about twice in the last ten years of use. I currently smoke at least an ounce to an ounce and a half of great bud every month (right now I have some tasty sour diesel) due to my excellent geographical location. My main issues with quitting are associated with the fact that I'm also a chronic pain patient and deal with the daily symptoms of an autoimmune disease, and my body simply goes haywire when withdrawals begin to set in their hardest. I'm under the impression that these nootropic supplements will allow me to maintain somewhat optimal mental capacities (as I am quitting to head off to USF and am enrolled in courses now), as well as will reduce overall stress levels and [might] aid in the production of depleted neurotransmitters in the brain.

Has anyone ever had experience utilizing these types of supplements when discontinuing marijuana use? I'd be interested to hear anecdotal evidence, as well as any relevant pros or cons associated with my plan. If you have any suggestions of your own, supplement wise, that would be great as well (I've heard things such as NAPE work wonders for marijuana withdrawal). Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

I bet you could replace most of that with a better diet and get better results. I don't know, it just looks way overkill like it's taking supplements for the sake of it.

What A_E said.

I had been smoking for just over a decade up until a few months ago. All I used was Ambien for sleep. Quitting cannabis was not difficult, especially if you have experience quitting other drugs. I'd rank it right there with caffeine if you've been drinking a cup of coffee every morning for years.

Check out our MEGA quitting thread.
