Cannabis/MDMA/Psylocibin/LSD/Cocaine/DMT- experienced- "The Great Goddess Bug"
Hello all. Long time lurker, rare poster. Figured this experience was worth a trip report so here goes it!
Setting: A couple days into a large music gathering in the southeastern US.
Having the absolute time of my life for the last couple of days, done a bit of mdma, but no psychedelics yet, so no real tolerance issues. The evening started off (T 0)with around 180 mics of very clean L. After seeing some excellent music for a few hours, we head back to camp to regroup. T+2hrs another 100mics of lsd is added, along with a small bump of clean cocaine (i dont really like coke much, but what the hey).
(T +3hrs) Wow, very spun, though quite no anxiety. Heavy visual activity and exteremely "soft" ego... child like state... Decide to add about a gram of strong thait cubensis. It should be noted that I am an extremely experienced psych user who takes the experience very seriously... tho of course it has large recreational value as well!
(T+4hrs) Beautiful psychedelic experience at the stages... nothing but huge smiles and excellent vibes. Powerful oevs/cevs. At this point I dive into my bag of the best mdma ive ever seen. A gram came in 3 clear chunks, like pieces of gravel. Starting dose of around 150mgs, tho i continued to take "fingerprints" for the rest of the night.
(T+5hrs) Blowin up like the motha fcking atom bomb, lol. Can barely open my eyes or stand up. Felt like gumby!! hehe, you know the feeling... Extremely powerful visuals covering everything, yet not a care in the world. End up backstage for the late night main show. Unreal, all i can do is smile, best flip of my life!!
(T+?8hrs) Music is finally over and everyone heads back to the tent for some sleep. But not me, oh no... im way way too spun and still rollin face! Not to mention there is a little bag of yellow crystals calling my name.
It is worth nothing here that I have never experienced DMT before, though for years I have seriously studied it. Ive always been in total fascination and awe of the substance. I hold the substance in spiritual awe.
I sit down comfortably and spend some time smoking several bowls of good herb before i decide to finally go for it.
(T+9hrs) Decide its time... put a small amount on top of a bowl of weed and take a couple of tokes.... hmmm.. i dont think im doing it right, just felt like an immediate peak of several grams of psylocibin. Maybe not enough??
So i decide to just go for it, put Terrapin Station on the Ipod, and just put a huge load of the yellow crystal in the bowl. This time i go for a more vaporization like method, holding the flame farther away. 1 toke, 2 tokes, 3 tokes......
OMG OMG OMG, FUCK!! Here we go, my entire vision is suddenly going insane, vines coming out of everything, covering everything in my sight.... with my eyes open, nothing looks at all rational or makes sense. I struggle to put my bowl away without breaking it and just lay back and go for it.
I hear strange sounds, like the world tearing apart. I feel what I could very well have mistaken for oncoming death, yet i had known ahead of time that that is a common sensation.
I close my eyes and the world as I know it just gone. Instead I am rushing through a "spirit tunnel" (only way i can describe it). Faces of all colors and prototypes rush towards me, and i distinctly feel forward movement. Forward, forward, up and UP!! Until I arrive....
I stand before a creature of infinite size. It appears to be a great beetle, with a prism plated golden covered by an infinite number of eyes. This is a distinctly feminine prescence. At first there is fear, as my ego is still intact and I am afraid of how the creature will percieve me. I am afraid it will not like me.
This feeling, however, fades immediately. I realize that what I am beholding is beyond the petty judgement of human beings, and that there is no rejection here. I feel as if i stand before an alien god. It is the most humbling experience of my entire life, yet I am elated. She so beautiful I can barely look at her. I could only think of her as "The Great Goddess Bug".
It felt like dying and meeting God, except that you find that everything, every criteria you ever worried over or judged yourself by was a total joke. It was incredibly liberating. Total surrender.
Suddenly, though, my eyes opened, and the visions were gone. Probably good, because i do not know how much longer I could have my mind so blown.
I simply tremble in awe and enjoy the beautiful DMT afterglow. After 15 mins or so, I continue to smoke more, but I cannot "flash" again. It simply feels like a beautiful high dose mushroom trip added on to my already ecstatic mental state.
(T+???) After another hour or so of continuing to smoke small piles of the DMT, i run out, much to my dissapointment. However, DMT is such a rewarding and organic psychedelic, I fall asleep with no problems. I slept for a good 7 or 8 hours and woke up raving to everyone about my incredible experience.
I apologize for the length of this report, but as you can tell, so much happened. My impressions of DMT exceeded even my expectations, and I feel that it is an integral part of the human experience. Never has a psychedelic felt more natural, despite the intensity and alien nature. The Goddess Bug, though so strange, was definitely a beetle archetype, so it did not feel like i was meeting an alien in the "outer space" sense, just that She was so different from anything i had experienced prior.
All in all, I cannot wait to try DMT again. The whole night was the best of my life, and I feel so blessed to have gotten to experience it. For now I am taking a break from mdma/psychedelics, and plan on my next trip being high dose LSD with a good DMT blast. I just cannot wait to see what else lies in the "dimension" that DMT seems to bring us to.
I want to add a final disclaimer stating that someone should not attempt a combination as serious as I did without proper education and experience. Even then, psychedelics are extremely unpredictable and the result could be far less positive an enlightening.
