Cannabis for Restless Leg Syndrome?

Oh wow! Yes, that is what I am noticing as well. I have ramped up rather quickly. What do you take on the non delta 8 days?
Usually methylphenidate or delta9. I always combine delta8 or 9 with CBD as well. I know there are some dopaminergic drugs for RLS but the side effects may not be great, unless you're really into compulsive gambling I guess although you did mention you're prescribed ropinirol but don't like it. I experienced RLS a long time ago but for me it was an iron thing

No - I'm not on any medication besides Belsomra for sleep. Diphenhydramine most definitely makes my RLS worse. Thanks for responding!
It's off-topic but what is your experience with suvorexant? Merck's original clinical trials claimed an efficacy similar to that of Zolpidem. We've all learnt to take clinical trials and manufacturers claims about their own products with a grain of salt these days, but it seems that it was atleast true that suvorexant lacks abuse potential.

I tried it 5 years ago, and found it to be ineffective. It didn't produce any psychoactive effects however, which is a huge benefit for sleeping drugs.

oh wow - can you tell me more about the concerns with vaping THC?

Vaping is fine but what you have to realize as with so many things in life, you're presented with an arsenal or tools and there's only one right tool for the job. I'm Canadian and I like vaping on road trips? Or at festivals at something because vape pens are portable. You can bring them nearly anywhere, in the US/Canada even on a plane.

The problem with vaping is that it's scorching your lungs, and also you're putting a lot of trust into whomever extracted the dope and then formulated/cooked it for you....several users of this web site have had problems. Including me.

When I was into vaping really hard I basically got something called withdrawls that are best avoided. It really wasn't that bad but you won't face that at all with Plane Old Fashioned Weed (POFS, called 'flower').

Weed has been part of the human experience for like about 5,000 years? I think? And in that time it's barely hurt anyone. Vapes on the other hand have already hurt several people I know.

On the balance I don't think it's such a big deal and you sound like you're on the right path. I'll post my notes below.

Weed - good for any time after work
Edibles - good for plane flights or long bus trips
Vapes - Good for extended road trips where you can't bring weed
Hash - Good for parties and stuff but not for every day use

Please let us know if you have any questions. Weed is a passion of mine and I'm glad that you're enjoying it!

Vaping is without a doubt the safest and best way to consume Cannibas as a medicine in a long term fashion IF you want to inhale it. I know your point was that there's benefits and trade-offs to each method but I always try to mention the following when vaping vs smoking Cannibas comes up.

Regularly inhaling smoke of any sort but especially that of plant matter can cause lung diseases such as COPD, chronic Bronchitis and emphysema. It also increases your risk of getting respiratory infections.

The link between Cannibas smoke and lung cancer isn't as clear, but it is an undeniable fact that Cannibas smoke contains known carcinogens such as benzopyrenes and a range of other hydrocarbons.

Vaping produces less tars than smoking cannabis which impedes the ability of the lungs to clear out particulate. I agree that many of the delta8 vapes can be harmful, I personally wouldn't use them. I only eat delta8. However vaping a high CBD delta9 flower nay be one of the better ways of using inhaled cannabis medicinally as the CBD will help with the anxiety.
