Cannabis contraindications?

Is there any contraindications for cannabis? Is there anything you would say shouldn't be taken with cannabis? I haven't use much cannabis in my life so I don't know very much about synergy.

I suspect benzos, boose, opioids etc. are ok in reasonable amounts.

How about nootropics? Ex. Aniracetam, piracetam, noopept etc?

If someone has something negative or positive to tell about interactions I would be interested to hear.

If I'm already drunk, weed will kill me. Getting sick, spinnies, loss of vision for a second.

alcohol is the main one, a lot of people get the spins but nothing physically dangerous there to my knowledge. I don't like mixing weed with uppers because they both exacerbate paranoia with me especially with the increased heart rate but i have an odd anxiety where im always concerned about having a heart attack lol. I don't have experience with noorotropics so can't say there but like laugh said it depends on the person.

I'm not saying that this isn't true, because I'm sure it is, but I find it odd that this is the case. I personally don't like drinking without smoking weed because if I don't, I get sick and I overdo it. Weed puts me at just the right spot, and I seem to handle my liquor much better. As for mixing weed with other substances...I wouldn't say that there is anything that you should avoid mixing with it. Not to my knowledge, anyway. I personally find that weed is a good addition to almost any high once you have peaked and ridden it out for a while.
