These are non-classical cannabinoids but still remotely related to dibenzopyrans

Discuss here non-classical cannabinoids in pure form or as a blend. What are the similarities between them or related to cannabis? What about the differences.

Some examples of class 2 cannabinoids are:

- CP-47,497
- CP 55,244
- CP 55,940

Note that not all non-classical cannabinoids have a dimethylheptyl group as shown - the most widely marketed compound from this class (C8 )-CP 47,497 has a dimethyloctyl group instead.

As for comments, well CP 55,940 was fantastic, best synthetic cannabinoid I've tried. (C8 )-CP 47,497 came a close second imo. Haven't tried any others from this class as those are the only two that have been widely sold, would be very interested if anyone has tried some of the other ones?

Yea it's true, not completely accurate - in fact if you look at the new op in the Big & Dandy thread you will see that it is correct. Let me adjust it.

It would be cool if you could say a few things about why it was so good... trippy? relaxing? How were they?

Well both compounds were much more similar to actual cannabis than any of the indole derivatives which just feel more synthetic somehow.

The CP 55,940 was very smooth, euphoric, clear headed with no anxiety or sedation. Not as fast an onset as the indoles, but a longer duration of action. The (C8 )-CP 47,497 was perhaps slightly stronger than the CP 55,940 but not quite as nice a high, slightly more anxiogenic and not so smooth. Still very good though
