Canker Sores... torture! :(

EEEwww i HATE canker sores! i had the EXACT same problem, but only when i was much younger (ages 5-10)....wanna know what works? Hydrogen poroxide ON the canker sore...hurts like a bitch for like a minute, then feels great!

I don't know anything about canker sores but does your listerine have alcohol in it? I can't imagine alcohol being good in that situation.

I'll try to find a new toothpaste without Sodium Lauryl sulphate.

As for Lysterine, yes it does contain alcohol. However, I have found that if you use it as soon as you feel one starting, it would sort of "nip it in the bud" and it won't grow any larger. But if you wait a day or so, that effects seems to not work anymore.

Another thing I found useful was Zinc cream. Unfortunately, I can't find any here .
