a) open it somehow
b) incapable of opening, whether by law or force

If there is a possibility to safely hide drugs I'd say why not?

I always locked everything in my glove box for this very reason, and never smoked pot in my car.

I think the cop meant 'green marijuana' instead of 'burnt marijuana''. at first i said wtf too but then i realized he was prolly sayin there was so much bud he could smell it without it even gettin smoked . kid prolly had some stank ass bud and the cop could smell it even without nobody smokin it, thats my best guess...becuz 90% of the time they say "detected the odor of burnt marijuana" so i think 'green marijuana' is their way of sayin they smelled bud not smoke.

Good point, that makes the most sense.



I've seen some dank purple buds and you can't tell the color by smelling them. Plus, if you were to say green 99% of the time, you'd be right.
