Is poppy seed/pod legal to purchase in Canada ? Where can you purchase poppy seeds and what type do I need to purchase? Any credible shopping sites online?

Is poppy tea dangerous for my body or liver?

How addictive is poppy seed/pod tea?

How strong is the poppy/pod seed, will it stink up the whole kitchen and the cooking/cup ware?

How much do I need to prepare and what is a safe dosage ? What is a dangerous amount ?

How does it compare to marijuana high ?

Some unwashed/untreated poppy seed's contain traces amounts of opium latex on them which has the primary active alkaloid of morphine.

Your best bet is health food stores or oriental markets.

Papaver somniferum if you have a choice.

Bluelight doesn't allow sources and you need a ton so this would be expensive shipping.

Same as morphine plus other unknown alkaloids.

Similar to morphine but more complex and longer half life.

No it's the same as any poppy seed and you don't really need to cook it.

Every batch is different because poppy seeds don't inherently hold active ingredients. It's whatever is left stuck on them. Start small and work your way up. The best way to tell is by the colour and taste of the end product tea. The darker and bitterer the stronger.

How does it compare to marijuana high ?

Ummm more warm, relaxing, euphoric and less psychedelic I guess. You're comparing opiates to weed here.
