Hey so, I just got a 50mcg fentanyl patch, it's not a gel one it's just a sticker, I was just wondering how to prepare it safely for injection as all I have done is smoked them in the past... Someone once told me to prepare it with vinegar but I can't see that being proper.. the package just says fentanyl analgesic patch

Don't do this. There's no way to safely gauge dosages from fentanyl patches!

Seriously, it's getting really old hearing about Bluelighter's deaths from fent extracted from the patches, or losing use of an arm due to blocked veins, or losing limbs entirely. Just stick it on the inside of your cheek if you need faster absorption!
