Canadian Apo controlled release Oxy

Lucked into a couple of apo oxycodone 40 mg controlled release. I havent done opiates in a year so I have no tolerance and I figured I would get a nice buzz. I chewed up a full one and it barely did anything. Usually 40 mg of oxy from percs taken in 10 mg doses throughout a night would have me a nice buzz complete with opiate itchies but I was very disappointed.

Is there something I'm missing in prepping these? In my experience crushing the pill usually works unless its crap like a NEO.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks

Most extended release opiate pills these days have time release mechanisms that aren't defeated even when pulverizing them to dust. You might want to try dissolving the powder in something acidic like lemon juice.
