Can you take low dosage pain relievers after doing cocaine?

This question was brought up before, but there were mixed answers and no one had seemed to have experienced mixing ibuprofen/tylenol after doing coke. I'm menstruating and have horrible cramping that is nearly unbearable, I have already done a few lines of coke and am curious if there are likely complications if I take about 400mg of ibuprofen. I'm not too concerned about unlikely scenario's I just want to know if I can get away with taking some pain relievers. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that cocaine is processed by the liver, thus using tylenol with it would increase the work load of the liver. I think ibruprophen would be fine though...

I think it's processed by the liver too. I have ibuprofen on hand, haven't taken it, but I'm sure I'll be fine too. I think aspirin and tylenol wouldn't be a smart to take! Thanks!

Yea you can. It feels good on the comedown too... High doses do too but in the spirit of harm reduction I don't reccomend it. The problem with coke is there is never enough. I prefer coming off of pain pills than fiending for blow.... I am a coke addict but I have been clean for years.. I relapsed a month or so ago but I realized I wasn't missing much. Enjoy.

Tylenol PM, while bad for the liver, is the fail safe come down drug of choice. While Id choose any of 100 opiates/benzos/sedatives/hypnotics over tylenol PM its sure as shit better than nothing. Coke come down is the worst IMO
