i read something on a site that said it had an interaction but i didn't understand what it was saying about the interaction
do you guys know what this means by any chance?

"Concomitant use of huperzine A with Ginkgo biloba may lead to altered pharmacological properties of each product (anecdotally). Bilobalide, an extract of G. biloba, also has weak NMDA-blocking activity"

you can buy a pill with both the herbs in the same pill so if there was a big interaction i would
say they wouldn't do that but i definitely wont take them together without knowing what the interaction is
so if anyone knows i will greatly appreciate you breaking it down to laymens terms for me lol.

may good energy's and peace be with you all

namaste.

I believe that what it means is that the combined use of the two products may affect the activity of each in the body.

I would like to ask what are you using the combination for? Is it for enhance memory function? I have researched and have not come across any information regarding the side effects of combining both products but to be safe, I would suggest that you speak to a general health practitioner to discuss the effects as they would be more knowledgeable on this topic. Also to, IMO it would be safer to choose only one of the two products instead of taking both.

thank you for your reply i will only take one of the two from now on, and yes i was taking them for enhanced memory.
