I know you can take the regular pills afterwards, but what about the gel pills that have a liquid in the inside?

Yes, usually several years unless they're discolored.

Do you, and/or anybody know if they'll lose their potency for one hundred percent sure? Is there a possibility they didn't lose any of their potency? They expired October 2021, and it's January 2023. If they did would it have been a lot?

Like if somebody was dependent on Diphenhydramine, and took the expired gel caps would it still be enough to work?

Ok it seems like the a little over one year expired Diphenhydramine gels didn't seem to work very well. Not that I can say forsure, because I wasn't really sure even tho I took a decent dose of 125mg. Today I took 75mg of the new actual pills I just bought, and I feel them way stronger I feel like.
