Also what if you take tramadol once every 2 days for 2 weeks? will you still get WDs? if someone takes 150mgs once every 2 days for 2 weeks then can you just stop them without tapering?

In my experience , there is barely any opiate in Tramadol to get withdraw. What are you doing with Tramadol if you have access to Codeine? Codeine will cause withdraw.

I don't think you'll get w/d from that little use: 2 weeks, 150mg every other day. However, have you ever had an opiate habit before this?

You should be fine if you have used at that rate. You may experience some discomfort, but nothing that would warrant jumping on an opiate.

Definitely a good idea stopping the Tramadol usage also.
