Can you safely take Diphenhydramine with LSA (Extracted with a Polar Extration)

I read somewhere that it that it isn't advised to take these two in combination. The sources was questionable, so I figured I'd ask you guys here in Psychedelic Drugs your experience and or opinions on the matter.

Edit: By the way, the Diphenhydramine will be taken soley for the purpose of reduced nausea, so not a recreational dose.

Sorry for the double post, but I looked it up, and it's probably a bad idea to take these two drugs together since they're both vascorestrictors (sp?)

^I can't find any regading Diphenhydramine vasoconstriction; can you post a link? The main concern might be enymatic interaction

But I read the sentence "Diphenhydramine attenuated the coronary vasoconstriction but potentiated the positive inotropic response" incorrectly switching the "attenuated" and "potentiated" with one another on accident.
